Cutting down the Christmas cards by busylady

Cutting down the Christmas cards

All ready for re-cycling as gift tags or to make into new cards for next year. Most of the decorations are down now but we've kept the tree up for our planned family get together this weekend. Fingers crossed!
Took ours down yesterday. Looks a bit sad till we get used to it again.

A lovely presentation of your cards all prepared for next years labels - I always hate to throw out the cards for recycling - I used to make so many labels each year that I have a tin full of them I suppose I could throw out the old ones and make a few new labels of this year's !!!!

Still enjoying my cards. Sadly, I hoard them. For 40 years. Need to be recycled. Good for you!

A lovely display. Good that you are recycling them. Always sad to see the end of Christmas decorations, but at least this year we have lovely memories of Lucy and her family coming to stay with us for Christmas.

I’ve put all my cards for recycling…..you sound more organised than me! In actual fact I don’t have that many parcels to label these days with more than half our family in foreign parts & some of the rest getting money.
