We couldn't find Monty's sunhat this afternoon so we made one out of a knotted handkerchief! I remember my dad wearing one of these when he was on the beach - dressed in a suit and tie! How things change!
So do I Judith…the men of today would t be seen dead in one! Your Monty on the other hand is too young to object plus he looks cute…it is a classy handkerchief too which helps!
Monty looks very cute in his " hat " and a happy smile. Makes me smile when I see old photos of men on the beach in their suit and tie. No torn jeans in those days.
Monty is adorable, with or without hat. His smile is so pleasing. I remember builders making improvised caps with their handkerchiefs when working in the sun.
