Henry makes a cake

Just a quick phone shot today. Henry was playing in a football match this morning, then spent the rest of the day with us. We decided to make his grandad a belated birthday cake. His favourite is a Victoria sandwich cake with jam and cream. The cake was delicious, light and fluffy!
