We took a boat trip along the Singapore river, to view the amazing skyscrapers. This hotel has a ship shaped feature along the top, apparently with a canal running along it! Wow -- that is an amazing structure! Singapore has changed so much in the past few decades, and so quickly! Did you go to Raffles? When I was there in the 1980s or may early 1990s, it was a hotel all by itself. When I went back about 8 years ago, it was dwarfed by malls and hotels. From your photos, it looks totally different again!
Very interesting looking at it from the river. It was hard to get a really good look at it from a bus when we toured Singapore. What an interesting shape in front of it.
