I met up with two friends in London today . We went to this newly opened gallery just off Oxford Street. At the moment they have works by four different photographers on display, finalists for the Deutsche Borse Photography Prize 2014. This display was by Lorna Simpson. It was all pretty unusual and really made you think. I didn't see any signs preventing photographs being taken and no-one stopped me! It's well worth a visit and it's free! Super example of person there in view....dressed in all black he is a great addition to your photo.he probably didn't apologise either as they usually di for being in your frame......he would know you wanted him there? I am rambling on but you know what I mean Judith!
@taz_o It depends what you like. It was quite 'off the wall'. One photographer's photos were of a sexual nature, most were b&w images, although one selection was taken in Rwanda and the greens had all been changed to pink. I rather liked them. Some were - what can I say, very unusual!
Thanks for sharing the link to this. The gallery sounds fascinating -- and I do like the lines formed by the photos on the wall in this image, and the arty looking guy in the shot.
