This kind of engine has the kind of "look" I enjoy.....has a caboose look to it. I look the red color.
Regarding the caption -- does this mean that this train pulls timber or lumber ?
Again....another train car my Dad would have enjoyed looking at as I am looking at your photos on Father's Day.

This engine, along with its sister engines, have the duty to position the rail cars where they are need within the mill. http://365project.org/byrdlip/365/2010-05-13, shows the i-beam cars center right rear (yellow and brown/red cars) that are empties, I think 1202 was positioning the log cars for the boom in the shot.
