Wet soggy ground, strong winds, a fir tree and you have next seasons fire wood.

Three things to be thankful for:
1) I didn't have to play lumber Jack and run from a falling tree.
2) I didn't have to make the decision of which tree to make firewood from.
3) Its near the service road, so it is easy to cut up.

ah, another hundred footer hits the ground. even felt and heard it in the house during the wind storm.
