Grew up in Phoenix. Moved to the northwest in 1979 - never looked back. Lived in Seattle, Lynden, WA then Eugene, Florence, OR then back to Seattle. Miss the Oregon Coast (where I began my first year of the 365 Project in 2011) then back to Seattle in 2012.

@mamabec I ended up in Tacoma in 1981 after two years in Greeley, CO, which was after 19 in Tucson. Pierce County lives up to the Colorado hype that I had in mind when I moved to Greeley. After doing the nostalgia thing via Google Earth, I think I'll stay where I am. Okay, maybe Williams, AZ, that's close to the Canyon.
