On the lookout

I don't know my raptors. Can anyone tell me if this is a young eagle? a hawk? and what kind?

Not an Eagle, it is a hawk. I would say a younger one, at which time many look similar. If it were here in CA, I would say a Red Tail Hawk

I think it might be a falcon because of its spotted breast. You could google falcon pictures. Its a great capture.
