It's a nice shot with a lovely soft feel to it. I had to look up "blaeberry". Apparently it derives from Middle English and is a cousin to the "blueberry" and "bilberry" - there's a surprise, then :-)
@peadar they are very small and grow low on moors and woods. I am used to calling it blaeberry as it is a Scottish word too Blae is blue. @lindasees@merrelyn thank you all.
@amyleewinfield In the summer, when they turn a greyish blue you can. I used to pick then and put then in a little pot when youth hostelling and make a wee pudding. I now get them and put them in with apple pie at times or make a coulis. Delicious.
@lindasees @merrelyn thank you all.
