My husband's side of the family celebrated Thanksgiving tonight. It was wonderful to be together with our great nephews and great niece... little Carter got his first bite of food tonight... oatmeal. The rest of us got to eat turkey and ham and all the trimmings. I will miss my family this year, as we did not get to travel to my Aunt Helen's in Alabama, which is our usual tradition. Perhaps I will get to see them for a couple of hours at Christmas. We might get to go and meet my sister and nephew for a meal tomorrow. Hope all my 365 friends here in the states have a very Happy Thanksgiving with those they love!
