I went shopping on Small Business Saturday in my hometown. I purchased this pendant made by a local artist from a silver fork. She had engraved the word LAUGH on it. I need to be reminded to laugh more in the coming year!
The December word list word for the day is consumerism. I try to shop local, purchase things made or grown in America as often as I can, and try not to overindulge. Except maybe on chocolate. :)
