Lots of area photographers love to do sunset photos at the Beauty Spot. I had never been there so my husband and I went to see if we could find it. About an hour and half away. Good thing we had a 4 wheel drive... part of the road is the Appalachian Trail. I was amazed the little Hondas made it to the top. We tried a different road off the mountain, 10 miles of a desolate gravel mountain road... a gun and permit to carry might be a good idea. I'm thankful my husband likes to go for drives! Now to go at sunset!
