Years ago the state of Virginia had a tourism slogan ”Virginia is for Lovers”. A new take on this idea is LOVE signs across the state. According to the internet there are 257 signs throughout the state. This one is located on an historic site in Russell County Virginia. It features a deer in the ‘0’. It is located in front of the second courthouse that was built in 1799 in Russell County. The building was used until 1818, when it was moved to another location.
