From my friend, Jane, an avid gardener until her late 80’s. She gave me peonies, irises and daylilies. She gave me one of her Bibles she had written notes in, recipes, and a lovely Victorian brooch and a Christmas one. I miss her. She was like my local Mom and mentor. Sweet reminders of her love are all around me.
