Beautiful day, stuck inside for most of it. Trying to find things in my garden to photograph and decided it was the turn of my magnolia tree. It looks pretty for about 3 days then there is just a massive mess to clear up!
Lovely colour. they are much pinker (much more pink??) than the flowers on the magnolia tree in our garden. I keep meaning to take a picture of it before the big mess but the light is not great at the front of the house. The angle is quite unusual here, so you caught the very interesting textures of the wood and buds. Very nice.
