The Ruins of Roche Abbey, South Yorkshire

Visited this English Heritage site today. One of many victims of Henry VIII & his break with Rome! Must have been a very wealthy & magnificent place, now a shadow of it's former self, well worth a visit, coupled with lunch at the Garden Room in Braithwell, highly recommended...
