The IBCC is one of the best places to photograph the Cathedral (with a long lens of course). It' s approx 2 miles away from where I was stood. You are able to get so much of it in the frame & in focus. The Bomber planes used to use the land mark, knowing they were nearly home ,on return & it was probably one of the last big land marks that they saw on the way out. Because of the nature of the Lincolnshire landscape, mostly flat apart from the ridge that runs down the middle & on which this building stands, it can be seen for miles around.
