High Street Lincoln

Taken yesterday evening on our way back to the car park. Not very busy you might think, but there aren’t really many restaurants or bars in this area. This is looking towards the Stonebow, a 16th century guildhall. Traffic used to flow in this area, but has been pedestrianised for a long time now, certainly the whole time we’ve lived here, about 20 years or more now!

It certainly is more inviting without a lot of cars. I love the comp. It makes me want to walk and browse on that street.
