Nature’s Food Chain

This spider was on a door window, in the conservatory this morning. It had caught a wasp in its web & then proceeded to cocoon it. The irony is that not long after I took this photo a bird grabbed it from the glass of the open door & flew away with it…..

@busylady they both disappeared & the wasp would have been dead, so just another insect to eat I suppose.
