This sculpture of a spinnaker sail dominates the shopping area at Gun Wharf,Portsmouth.

@busylady .Yes you can climb up it ,more than 500 steps,though.Too much for me nowadays.These is also a glass lift on outside,but my friend told me it has never worked.
