Segovia Cathedral,Spain

This is the last major Gothic building consructed in Spain.Pinnacles and flying buttresses are tacked on at every conceivable point.The interior is quite bare,apart from a great green marble choir.Most of the Cathedral's treasures are housed in the museum.

This is such a fantastic photo Carol infact its a very breath taking one fav photo When Anne and I visited Madrid we went to Segovia too we took the Metro to what is equivalant to Victoria coach station and took the coach there it took about aprox an hour or so we went to the Castle too. have a lovely evening tonight .
