Taken at Rothbury,Northumberland.Rothbury's main road is on an incline,and there is a steep rise to one side of the road.It offers a great perspective of the countryside beyond the houses opposite.
@lynnb .Yes,Lynn,all the buildings are of similar stone.It's a lovely little place,with the River Coquet running through ,just this side of the fields in this shot.Quite a few families were picnicking there,although it was very overcast.
