They look nice and tasty. It's a funny coincidence: I've just put a tray of half cut tomatoes in the overn (with oil and herbed) to dry. I'm gonna use them over the pasta. Do you eat them that way also?

@stimuloog yes, that's a very good way to eat them. Or raw with mozzarella and basil. When I posted this picture I thought of your picture of a few days ago of the half cut tomatoes and a comment of the patience needed to prepare them!

@caterina It's a great idea (I wish I'd thought of it) but we might be a bit late to get it into market for 2018 - most of the stock will already have been printed and distributed.
