Yellowleg

This is the Lesser Yellowleg, not to be confused with the Greater Yellowleg which is a bit larger. Who knew? I’m just reading Wikipedia here, I’m definitely no bird expert. I found it wading in the marshes at Richmond’s West Dyke.
