This was a fun little project. This is a Steveston heritage building constructed in 1906. It was originally a bank but now serves as a museum with a small post office outlet. The b&w portion of the image shows bank employees circa 1915, the colour portion shows the building today. Getting the two images aligned was difficult especially since my image was taken at a slightly different angle. Also, the old photo I plucked from the internet was extremely low resolution. But if you look through squinty eyes you can almost believe it. Imagine the surprise that boy and his Dad are going to get when they turn the corner.
