First Snow

I went out early this morning to take some shots of the first snowfall of the season in Vancouver. I arrived at Deer Lake Park just before sunrise, took this shot on my phone then set up my camera and tripod. I took a few shots but the clouds thickened, the light became dull and it started to rain. In the end this iPhone shot turned out to be the best one. Sometimes that’s the way it goes.
