Sandcastle Competition, Parksville

I was recently in Parksville on Vancouver Island where every year they hold a sandcastle competition. The first day I went the sculptors were busy working on their creations. I went back the next day and took a few photos of the finished works but I much prefer the photos I took of the artists at work.

NIce silhouette shot. I kind of wish the second person were not there at all as it detracts just a bit from the silhouette effect. GUess you couldn’t really ask him to leave. LOL
