It is really cold in Cincinnati today and getting colder. I'm missing my garden. I think I will have to treat myself later and get some flowers for the house. So what is one to do with a macro lens that is missing colors and blooms? My incredible camera bag and tripod caddy brought this particular idea for a shot to me last night (how deep into 365 are we?) I think it looks the closest to a bloom as I can find right now. Give up? It is actually a lovely hand blown vase that we bought in West Virginia years ago that Tom is holding up to a light and I shot down into it. I like "Imposter" better.
What a cool idea! And I see the 'bloom'! Beautiful imposter! Tomorrow's word for the January list is 'carnation', so we may just have to stop by the florist!
