Colorless

I feel a bit like this rose looks. Colorless. I've been a bit MIA the last couple of days.

I was out walking dogs the other night and did a bit of a face plant into the concrete sidewalk. I found out that I was incredibly lucky! -
no major injuries.
62 doesn't bounce.
Skinned knees really do hurt
My chin looks like I took an upper cut from a boxer.
I'm sore - and oh so blessed that nothing is broken.

Oh poor you, I hope you feel better soon, it's horrible when you do that. I fell flat on my face in the middle of the road last year, landing slap on my camera as well! Needed a few stitches in my forehead and the camera lens was dented but remarkably it still works fine - just when I was envisioning an insurance claim for a new camera too!!

Isn't it amazing how much a skinned knee hurts? How did we do it when we were young? Lovely white rose...very restful...just what you need.

And yet you are still taking fabulous shots! I am so sorry for you injuries..It can't be any fun to be so sore either. It makes it difficult to be inspired or motivated I am sure! It still doesn't seem to have impacted your photography much though.
