I love them. They have the most gorgeous coloring - and then there is the fan. This one was putting on a show. This is from the archives. Yesterday I had a biopsy at the dermatologist (nothing bad) but I have stitches in my leg so taking it easy today!
Peacocks give me fits; if I try to get the whole bird in the shot, the birds body is too small. Cropped too tight you lose the magnificense of the flared tail. You nailed this one, Cathy! Love it! FAV
I love them too! when I was growing up, my Dad had a pair we let wander...it was always such a unique 'pet' to have...so grand...and we loved making bouquets from their feathers when they dropped them. beautiful shot, love how you placed him in the shot
