This is Charlie in Cincinnati, Ohio. We had quite the ice storm last night. You could hear the pellets hitting the windows. He is no light weight - about 37lbs. and he is not sinking into the ice!
Well done on all your good & worthwhile works but had to comment on this photo......he is very gingerly walking across that snow...his eyes must be nearly blinded they are so close to all that glaring white.
