We just moved from my family home to a one floor living (with 3 bonus rooms upstairs) house in Mason, Ohio. That is sort of a northern suburb of Cincinnati. I have been busy planning my new garden but haven't bought much. I hope that the lilac that I brought from Adams and my Mom's rose bush, both at least 70 years old, were not shocked too much,
Congrats on your new home! There are probably a couple "tricks" to help plants acclimate to a new garden. Maybe the local garden center could answer your question. I have a feeling this area is going to be a treasure trove of floral colors by the time your done.
