We travelled out to the kiwifruit packhouse for the last time today, to return a high-viz vest, as @nzkites starts a new job soon. On the way home we drove down a side road to see what we could find. Unfortunately the road didn't end at the coast as we had expected. Instead we heard lovely tui song in the trees and saw hibiscus bushes flowering alongside the road. While John photographed a roadside stall and bought feijoas and avocados, I spotted these palm fronds.
