Photographed yesterday when we braved the rain to do a short photo-walk around our local Historic Village. We heard a couple of days later that the Village was closed due to surface flooding.
We had a lot of rain here in the Bay of Plenty, but Auckland was far worse hit and declared a state of emergency due to massive flooding in several areas.
