The bagpipes are played in Galicia, in the north of Spain. This is the first time we've seen them in this parade.

@777margo it's the annual celebration of the expulsion of the Moors from Spain in 1492. The festivities go on for a week. Many towns celebrate but they choose different months in which to do it. The 2 large towns near us celebrate i one in July and the other in August.
