Apologies for the dreadful photo. It was getting dark at 9.30 pm. This is Clive our quizmaster. The question was " how wide are the cricket stumps ?" . When we didn't understand the question he got up, stood between 2 pillars and said " Right. I am the middle stump, what is the width from the outside of these two stumps?" I explained 365 and he agreed to pose for me. ....after we'd all finished laughing , which took a while. ...for those who are interested the answer is 9 inches and yes we thought it was wider than that too.
