Tree overload. by chimfa

Tree overload.

About 15 years ago my daughter in law asked where we'd got all our tree decorations from and I told her I'd collected one or two each year since our wedding day. She loved the idea and so I gave her that year's new one to start her tree. Each year I buy her a new one and she buys one for me. I treasure the small gifts between the two of us.....but the tree is now very full. Ps. We have some beautiful ornaments hanging there from our daughter in NZ too.
Lovely to have a tree of memories.. i see at least one very NZ decoation.. Aroha..

@julzmaioro There is a red pota..... ( the red flower of the Christmas tree shrub, I can never get my head around its name) and a red fan tailed bird. The one that bobs up and down. Plus 3 felt toadstools. I can just make them out I the image.

Yes I can see the red pohutukawa flower. Lovely tree and so nicely decorated. The pohutukawa are all coming into flower here in NZ.

( Those bushes are pollard willow trees. A very iconic tree in our country.)
