A slog

Day 3 and 9 hours of walking, 15kg back pack, absolutely shattered by the time we got to camp! Some amazing lanscape - it is heading towards Cape Maria van Diemen.

What a view! Maria van Diemen sounds like a Dutch name. Diemen is almost a suburb from Amsterdam and the place where we print our newspapers (nd.nl).

@djepie yes there are dutch names scattered here and there in NZ from Abel Tasman the first European to sight the country (but did not claim it like the British....)
