If your not first, your last!

These race horses often go down to the beach for a cool down run. They're only there for 5 minutes before they head back to the race track.
It's only a few km down our beach, but there's an estuary between my part of the beach and this part so I have to drive there, and hence I don't get there as often as I would like.
