Cindy, Just dropped by to see your recent photos. What a fabulous variety. I fav'd a couple, but they are all so beautiful. I just don't see that many photo ops any more, but I hope to be back some time in August and rev up my inspiration. I loved the shot of the caboose, especially. And the lighting on this one and the other one 2 days ago is really pretty.
@cimes1 - Hi Carole! I had you on my mind just the other day and thought about how much I missed seeing you on here! I hope you've been getting a lot of your projects done! I'm having a really hard time trying to "get back in the groove" with posting my pictures, as you can see. It seems I'm in a slump and can't seem to get any photos that I'm happy with. Maybe I just need you back on here to inspire me! Come back soon!
@cindymc You've got to be kidding!!!! I love all your photos and you always have such a nice variety. In fact you are in my top 5 favorite list of people here out of 18. I can't understand how you would feel that way. I feel so inferior to most here as everything I do is on autopilot and basic. LOL!
Oooooooops, I didn't mean to send the above msg yet.....things were jumping all over the place. I meant out of 185+ friends not 18 and the dang thing just sent my msg before I could change it. Also I meant to say I think my photos are just ordinary compared to yours and many others.
@cimes1 - That's such a sweet thing to say but I honestly do feel like I'm in a slump. I'm trying to change my routine at home and get my housework/chores done during the week so I can devote more time to photography on the weekends. I have thought about joining a photography club. I thought it would give me a boost. I really, really do wish you'd start posting again. I really did love your pictures. You always made them so interesting and enjoyed reading your comments as well. Think about it, okay?
Well I can understand the time factor especially if you're working. I would never be able to do it if I was working. I was in real estate for over 20 yrs and it took up all my time. Now I'm retired, but it seems I'm busier than ever with "stuff" .... :-) If I came back I would need to chill out more about my lack of skills.
