I believe this is a young female Cardinal. I think she's young because she still has her slim figure and was openly flirting with the other male Cardinals. My guess is she's still unmarried. Lol.

FAV! Lovely capture. It's mating time around here. Miss Cardinal is probably seeking a mate and will select the one who sings the prettiest. They both participate in nest making and also raising the little ones. Watch for the cardinal kiss! Only seen in the Spring.
