Great shot. It's so small and so cute. It does look like it's really alert. They can get aggressive with all the bigger birds when an owl is about, though. I saw it with my own two eyes when I was snapping a Barred Owl last month!
You guys and your beautiful birds. I looked out the window this evening while we were having dinner and saw the kind of birds we have here. Not colorful. They are crows, mosstly... and hawks.
