New bird for me!

I heard a beautiful new bird song a few days ago. It was coming from high in the trees and it took me a long time to spot the tiny bird with the lovely voice.

This is a Chipping Sparrow. A small flock of them were visiting this morning. I tried to get pics of them on the ground. They are so small, they were jumping on dandelion stems to pull them down and eat seeds. It was so fun to watch!

I posted a tree sparrow and it can be mistaken for a chipping sparrow except they are never in the same region at the same time.
