This is Lucky. He's a Red-eared Slider and a bit camera shy. I have been saving him for a rainy day. My hubby found him in our backyard three months ago. We don't know how he got there. We are not near any water and he was a newborn. He was the size of a half dollar. I think a bird had him and dropped him. Nothing else makes sense. Hubby named him Lucky, because he got away from the bird, hubby drove the lawnmower over him(the blades were not going), and the cats didn't find him. He lives in a large aquarium with rock platforms. He is so fun to watch and the easiest pet to care for we have ever had.
