This cardinal is scratching his head in confusion. When he watched the weather report this morning, he saw a pretty picture of a cloud with the sun peeking out. In reality, the sun never came out and it was foggy all day long.

You makka me laugh! I shot some cardinals today too. Well, I tried. THey are hard to get close to, huh?! Even if way up in the tree, if you try to get a bit closer, they fly off. I am learning different bird calls though...that is cool. I love how you caught him scratching his head. When I was in First grade (which was the first one in school at that time) there was this boy who would scratch his head when he did not know a word in reading group when reading our textbook. The teacher would say " Ricky! Scratching your head won't make you figure out the word." Haha. Actually he was very bright...he went on to go to Harvard I do believe. :0) But she treated him like he wasn't too sharp sometimes!
