Looking throughout the lichen

I really enjoy the challenge of trying to get a decent pic of the little nuthatches. I always hear them, before I see them. They are fast little birds. They go up and down and all around! I took about 25 shots to get this one. Over half of them were of her behind! :0)

Tomorrow's a workday, so I don't know what I'll shoot tomorrow. Weekends are definitely a challenge!

They are tricky. It's either their behind or their head is twisted up so high it looks like it's growing out of the middle of their back.
