Party Crasher

Brown-Headed Cowbirds were taking the feeders over. They swooped down in a big rowdy group. Cowbirds are members of the Blackbird family.

I've had the best birthday weekend! I had a wonderful time with my girls last night. We had another family celebration at my Mom's tonight.

I'm turning in early. I have work tomorrow and Daylight Saving Time starts tonight. I'll miss an hour of sleep, but I'll have more daylight for pics tomorrow. :0)

Wow...it's a bachelor party! Cowbirds are a bit of a menace because they lay their eggs in other birds nests and the young usually push out the chicks that belong there.
