My neighbor cut my hay field this afternoon. There was a patch of these delicate wildflowers that he had missed. I was hoping for butterflies, but they are still eluding me. I was also hoping to take more pics of the flowers tomorrow. I assumed he saw me taking pics and wouldn't mow them down. I was wrong. Next time, I will throw myself in front of the tractor if I have to! :0)
Glad he left you one! What are these flowers called - they're all over the fields here. I'm with you on the butterflies - just seen a few fly over - not land - at least not the "real" ones we're watching for. Soon I hope.
