The bits of red color are what caught my eye. I'm glad it did! This Green Lynx is along the path I walk everyday. It's probably been there for awhile, because it takes about sixteen days for them to change their color to blend in with their background.
I googled Lynx spiders - came out at How to identify.... then I read look for 3 claws on the end of their legs and that was it for me - I couldn't get that close if you paid me - kudos to you for the clarity and definition of the shot and the wonderful timing of getting the color change factor - a lovely dof
